This user guide is designed to provide you with all of the things that you need to get started with MonsterConnect. (MonsterConnect - Overview)

1. Set Up User Profile: Getting your user profile set up is the first thing you need to do. If you haven't received a user name and password yet, click on the "click here for help tab" in the right bottom corner. In the subject line, type User Name and Password. In the body, type Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and a direct line phone number. You will be provided with a confirmation email shortly.

2. Logging In (app.monsterconnect.com): Once you have received your user name and password you will be able to login to MonsterConnect. You can click on the app.monsterconnect.com link or you can go to our home page and click client login

3. Connecting To Conference Line: When your user profile was created we imputed a direct line phone number so that our application can call you direct when you are ready to receive calls. 

4. Setting Up Messages: There are two kinds of pre-recorded messages. 

     Voicemail Messages: These are pre-recorded messages of your voice       left on the prospect's voice mail. 

     Greeting Messages: A Greeting message is a pre-recorded message        that plays when a connection has occurred. This pre-recorded message      plays so that both you and the prospect can hear. 

5.Loading a List / Selecting List: Choosing whom to dial on is the next step. You can either load a .csv spreadsheet or use our salesforce.com integration.

6. Making Calls: Once you have connected to the conference line, selected your messages, and chosen what list you want to call on, you'll be ready to initiate team dialing mode. 

7. Scheduling Sessions: When you are ready to run a live session you will need to schedule a session time. This can be done by clicking here or by visiting our website www.monsterconnect.com.
