Client Managers can listen and coach any user and Team Managers can listen and coach for users on their team.

1. Select Manager Live View to see users that have their phone connected.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Managers must connect their voice by phone or computer audio to see the Eavesdropping button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Selecting the Eavesdropping button allows the manager to listen to the user’s conversation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Selecting Unmute allows managers to talk to the user.
