This usually happens due to a setting on your computer’s end, however there is a work around to connect your voice via your computer audio.  

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Stay logged into MonsterConnect
  2. On another tab, go to https://app.monsterconnect.com/webphone
  3. Select "Connect" on that screen
  4. You should hear - "Welcome - please stay on the line"

Now go back to your regular MonsterConnect screen and you should see your voice connected and see the green GO button in the right hand pane.
