The blank screen can usually be resolved by clearing Chrome’s local storage for MonsterConnect.

 

You can do that by following these steps: 

  1. On the app.monsterconnect.com login page, right click.
  2. From the menu click “Inspect”.
  3. You’ll have a new window pop-up with a bunch of HTML code displaying, at the top there is a list of tabs.  
  4. Click the “Application” tab.
  5. From here, in the left menu under “Application”, click Storage. 
  6. From the storage page, click the “Clear site data” button.

..And you should be able to see the home page.
