The blank screen can usually be resolved by clearing Chrome’s local storage for MonsterConnect.
You can do that by following these steps:
- On the app.monsterconnect.com login page, right click.
- From the menu click “Inspect”.
- You’ll have a new window pop-up with a bunch of HTML code displaying, at the top there is a list of tabs.
- Click the “Application” tab.
- From here, in the left menu under “Application”, click Storage.
- From the storage page, click the “Clear site data” button.
..And you should be able to see the home page.
