As you log in to MonsterConnect there are three specific areas you need to focus on.

1. Dashboard: The dashboard contains all of your statistics for all of your sessions on MonsterConnect. The dashboard is customizable by date range and can be exported into a .csv file. 

2. Control Panel and Live Feed: On the right side of your screen you are going to see the control panel and Live Feed. The control panel enables you to connect to the conference line, choose your dialing list, and select your greeting message and voice mail. 

3. Admin Panel: (Dashboard, Campaigns, and Recordings Tabs) - 

     a. Dashboard: Create and Customize Reports
     b. Campaigns: Create and Load Lists
     c. Recordings: Create and Record Greeting Messages and Voicemails
