The main reason prospects do not import from a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Pipedrive, Zoho or Dynamics) is because of your phone mapping.

To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. Check your phone mappings in your Service Provider settings.
  2. Go to the gear icon and then service providers
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select the Phone Numbers Tab

This allows you to set the precedence of which phone field MonsterConnect will look at and which phone number will be pulled into the dial. MonsterConnect will look at the phone fields that are marked “Can Dial”. MonsterConnect will look at the first phone field listed – if there is a phone number in the phone field, that is the number that is pulled into MonsterConnect and the number dialed. If there is no phone number in that first phone field, MonsterConnect will continue down the list to find a phone number. Make sure the prospect has a phone number in the CRM.

If you are using SalesLoft or Outreach, make sure the contact is in that Step and the task is assigned to you.
