When I import a CSV file, I get a message that a first and last name column must be mapped.

MonsterConnect requires you to map a column to both the first and last names, however you don’t have to separate the names. 

You can add a column that is blank with the header of First name and map it to the last name.

When that’s finished, you should be good to go!
