When I import a CSV file, I get a message that a first and last name column must be mapped, but my prospects name is in one column. Do I have to break out the names and put them in separate columns?
When I import a CSV file and map the column, I don’t see anything in the dropdown boxes.
When I import a list, the number of records imported into MonsterConnect does not match the number of records in my CRM or there are 0 records. Most clients that ask this question will use the name of their CRM like, Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Pipedrive , Zoho or Dynamics.
